Sehri Meal Plan:
Option 1:
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 cup of whole grain cereal with low-fat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 slice of whole wheat toast with almond butter
- 1 cup of water
Option 2:
- 1 small omelet with vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers)
- 1 slice of whole wheat toast
- 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
- 1 small orange
- 1 cup of water
Option 3:
- 1 small bowl of oatmeal with nuts and dried fruits
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 small apple
- 1 glass of low-fat milk
- 1 cup of water
Option 4:
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread with cheese and tomato
- 1 cup of vegetable soup
- 1 small bowl of mixed fruit salad
- 1 cup of water
Remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated during the day. Also, try to avoid caffeine and high-sugar foods, as they can cause dehydration and energy crashes later in the day. Happy Ramadan!
